As you know, Black Friday sales started a whole week before Thanksgiving this year.

At the current rate of change, the Christmas season will overtake Labor Day by 2020, Easter by 2050, and the preceding year's Christmas by 2075.

This is getting serious now. Personally, I skipped the Black Friday shopping this year. It used to be fun waking up at 2:00 AM and standing in line out in the cold to get a good deal on something, but the world just doesn't work that way anymore. In other news, I put up the Christmas lights on my house AND on this website. How did I do it?
