Which End is Up?

For staffing, we're going to move 3 of the front-end developers to work on the back-end.

Are you sure that will work? I think front-end developers are very different from back-end developers.

It has to work! The back-end is behind!

I regularly work both front-end and back-end tasks. I've never decided which I like better. Actually, forget the ends - the creamy nougat is always in the middle.
