I'm not sure this qualifies as grief humor, but the subject of death is often found in comics. It's perhaps the one thing we can all relate to, since we all face it eventually. Laughter is a coping mechanism.

But just to be clear, that frog's not dead or some kind of zombie or something. It's just a joke based on how "interned" (worked as a student trainee) and "interred" (placed in a grave or tomb) sound similar and people often confuse the words "interment" and "internment". You can get out of internment, but not usually interment.
