Of course, it's actually Cinco de Mayo, the day celebrating the victory of the Mexican army over the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. This comic happened because of a typo in a text my daughter sent me about her Cinco de Mayo taco bar at school.

And to make it extra-special, I'm actually publishing this comic on the 5th, not Wednesday the 8th like I normally would. The 1st seemed too early and the 8th too late, so here we are.
