Restart the Tutorial

I hate those built-in tutorials that so many apps and games have these days. I very nearly rage-quit them all the time. As an app developer, you can detect a rage-quit by recording the pressure applied to the "home" button - the harder it's hit, the more enraged the user.

Disclaimer: I don't know if any API exposes the button pressure to the application.
