Eating a dinner roll gets you access to the server room. Crescent rolls get root on the servers. Sweet Hawaiian rolls mean database admin access.

Should green bean casse-rolls let you see the medical records?

Role-Based Access Control is generally more concerned with your position in the organization than it is with what you ate for dinner. But since it's role-based and not roll-based, I suspect that the green been casserole might actually work.
