Ciao is an Italian greeting, as you may know. The last thing Business Frog says there is "in bocca al lupo!" which literally translates to "into the wolf's mouth" and is used to wish someone good luck in Italian. It sounds crazy, but so does "break a leg" which kind of means the same thing in English. Language is weird.
