Halfway There

Let's get all the employees together for a Hackathon.

We'll give them food and soda, have them stay up all night working in teams, and they'll solve challenges by writing software.

Whoa! Slow down! I don't know if our employees are up to that yet. We have to start small.

You only have to stay until 5 and you just scribble ideas on napkins.

Maybe they should have started with a 5K. Or a 5KB.

While I've never done a Hackathon, I have participated in the GitHub Game Off twice. It's a game jam, which is a subtype of Hackathon. I continue to make HTML5 games even without a contest.
