Tell me about your trip. What is Amazon like these days?

It rained all the time. Giant overgrown plants were everywhere. It was not a safe working environment.

There are huge bugs in every web service, and we couldn't understand any of the written documentation.

I'm glad I didn't move to Seattle to work there back in 2010.

Seattle? Is that in Brazil too?

I'm kidding around here; Amazon Web Services is not really that bad. I actually like their stuff. If you're new here, read back to this week's previous comics and you'll understand what the frogs are talking about. I'm sure there are a lot of other similarities between Amazon in Seattle and the Amazon rain forest in Brazil.

I used to get calls from Amazon recruiters all the time asking me to relocate to Seattle. I'm glad I never did.
