This is the shiniest one we've had in a while. It was minted in Philadelphia in 2005. The reeded edges are still very pronounced.

Those ridges on the sides of a United States quarter coin are called reeded edges. Reeding makes it more noticeable if someone tries to shave down a coin, which doesn't happen much these days. But back when the coins were made of actual silver it was a serious problem.
