This is probably the closest you'll get to a political joke in this comic, but given the fact that our nation's health care laws are in the news pretty much constantly it's hard not to bring it up. I'm not making a political statement either way, it's just a play on words. And honestly, a hospital simulation game sounds pretty dull. I wouldn't want to play again either.
