So why did you leave your last job?

The company went out of business 6 months after I started.

Shorty after I started there, they ran out of money fixing software defects.

When I'd been there a year, they gave up software and became a BBQ sauce company.

So I hired him immediately! Anybody can start companies but this guy can finish them!

Being able to finish something is an important quality. I've started so many things that I've never finished. And I've never finished a company. I guess I need to work on that.
