Before I head out for vacation, I wanted to ask you about our service reliability.

When people talk about having "five nines" of availability, it usually means that they are available 99.999% of the time. That only allows for a few minutes of downtime per year.

When frogs talk about "five nines" they apparently mean five times nine.
