So this is kind of a continuation of last week's comic. Go back and read it if you're new here or just don't remember.

In the IT world, the term Paper Tiger refers to someone who looks really good on paper (usually because they have a lot of highly sought-after industry certifications) but is unable to perform on the job. The term is often thought to have been coined by Mao Zedong in the 1940's (as an insult to Americans) but the Chinese word for something that appears threatening but is actually not was first translated as "paper tiger" in 1836.
