Going Soft

In addition to technical skills, we look for candidates who have "soft" skills.

Things like teamwork, adaptability, communication, negotiation, reliability...all the things nobody told me I'd need in a career as a software developer. I've worked really hard at them over the last 20 years and now can confidently say that I have at least one or two. Maybe?
